If you experience any issues with the online registration system, please call the Washington Marriott Wardman Park hotel directly (202) 328-2000. Mention the Anime USA convention and the Marriott will be able to assist you.

We know that traveling to D.C. may be intimidating at first, but don’t fear! We have two parking options for you: parking directly at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park hotel and guaranteed parking through our partner, Parking Panda.
Hotel Parking:
Hotel Parking Lot Rate: $22 per night (Anime USA 2014 Convention—Discounted Rate). Mention Anime USA convention when making arrangements at the hotel’s front desk. In order to receive this rate, you must tie your hotel key to your parking ticket at the hotel’s front desk or get a colored parking ticket from the info desk. Otherwise, you will be charged the standard rate.

Anime USA Welcomes Educational Guest, Zack Davisson
We’re pleased to welcome Zack Davisson, a scholar of Japanese folklore and ghosts. This will be Zack’s first appearance at Anime USA.
In addition to being a scholar, Zack Davisson is a manga translator and a writer. He is the author of Yurei: The Japanese Ghost and The Ghost of Oyuki from Chin Music Press and a contributing writer to Weird Tales and Wayward from Image Comics. As a manga translator, he translates Shigeru Mizuki’s manga for Drawn and Quarterly, including the Eisner-nominated Showa: A History of Japan, and for Dark Horse Comics he translates Satoshi Kon and Mamoru Oshii’s manga.
