Steve Blum, best known for his distinctive deep voice and for voicing Spike Spiegel in Cowboy Bebop and Mugen in Samurai Champloo, is attending Anime USA 2014 as a Guest! In 2012, he was awarded a Guiness World Record for being the most prolific video game voice actor.
